I was in the Kandi Shop with Kandi @ Magic 102.1 in Houston Texas… This is so much fun.

As I approached Bourbon Street, this kind & funny Indian man walked over me & Vanessa, flashes a badge at me & starts telling us something about we had violated some law. It took me a minute to figure out that he was just joking & this is what he handed me, A “Party Pooper Award” for 1.Being too handsome, 2. Girl Watching & 3. Not Partying Hard Enough…

We had such a great in depth conversation about music  & musicianship. Then we listened to EXIST. Cool dudes…

My POV from the plane, flying into New Orleans. I love taking photos from the airplane window… : )

I arrive into the airport in New Orleans, I’m greeted by Vanessa Barryer, we’ll be riding together for this trip, I hadn’t seen her in years, since the ‘Words’ project… So I’m waiting & waiting, still my bag has not come up. This is one of those moments when a person flips out, panics & starts checkin out on the Baggage Service agent who had nothing to do with the bag not appearing, but my philosophy is to remain cool & calm, no “kickin & screamin”… I’m way too cool for that. The bag will more than likely come in on the next flight…

Oh, let me tell about this older gentleman I met on the plane, sittin next to me… He had to be in his late 60’s.
He says to me, “Say young man, what type of brim you got there (speaking of my custom Tony Rich hat)… So we chat it up about hats. He said he only has 5 hats because he was in the military where he grew tired of wearing hats… He’s now a retired school teacher in town for a convention… Such a cool, child-like energy…

Its hot in New Orleans!!!, I haven’t been here in years but it feels vibrant, can’t wait to take photos once I’m in the French Quarter…

Where is Tony Rich? Hey Fam, I’m actually sitting on the plane awaiting departure to New Orleans… I’m making this entry via my Blackberry : )… I love technology & the wonders that are achieved by applying it.

So yesterday I shot some footage entitled, “The Day Before” BUT I didn’t get a chance to post it… I’ll do my best to post as much video footage as possible.

Where have I been? One of the most frequently asked questions when I’m recognized by someone or when engaged in a conversation regarding my music. 

For years, I’ve lived my life in a way that has allowed me the luxury of being able to maintain a balanced level of normality even in the midst of the complicated & intricate nature of the entertainment world.

So here, I invite all that are interested in engaging me in conversation in regards to who I am, where I’ve been, what I’m up to & where I’m going.
