Im sitting here watching BETJ and Im listening to the interview that Jill is giving, discussing about family members and total strangers. Who don’t know her from a can of paint, just hateing on her for no reason at all!! mainly family members. Instead of celebrating her sucsess some will try to take advantage of it,not realizing all the hard work that was put in, and contiued work to continue,the present status que.But like the saying says your family can be your worst enemy!!! I Will support Jill and her album…….

I just picked up Jill’s new CD (at Walmart), and I just wanted to say that it is awesome, just as all of her CDs have been. I was a fan from the first CD, and will be one always! Jill’s lyrics are unlike no other. She really touches the soul and core of who one is. I believe that most of us can truly relate to what Jill is saying in her songs. Jill is truly an inspiration to me and I hope that she gets plenty of support on this new album, she deserves it!!

I heard you this morning 9/25 on 100.3 the beat, Philly station. You were my cup of Starbucks!!!! Your presence exudes such energy, spirit and passion for what you love. The cuts from the CD reminded me of your 1st CD, the Jill style you are famous for- poetic to the bone. I listened to your first CD when I was pregnant with my first child (my little prince) so it will always have a special place in my heart. I am fortunate enough to now have a little princess. My hope is to instill in her all the amazing facets life has to offer and I strive for her to become a “phenomenal” woman and raise my little prince to always “remember” . I loved what you said about our young women- I believe it was “they are flowers in the garden”. I think this applies to all of our children. Of course I am extremely excited to buy your CD from Targee of course.

I woke up this morning and headed to my local big box music store (HMV, here in Toronto) and they told me your album hadn’t been received anywhere in our fair city. I cried myself back home.
WHY didn’t it get shipped here? And when will it. I have been waiting for this album for MONTHS.

I just got home…I went to 4 stores in search for the Deluxe Limited Edition of “The Real Thing;” I wasn’t going to give up because I had to support my girl on her latest and greatest!
Jill, our bloodlines have to cross somewhere because ever since your first album, I’d swear we are Soul Sisters. Every time you have blessed us with a new volume of your work, it just happens to be a time when your words have comforted, lifted, and/or strengthened me (when I really needed it).
God has truly blessed you! There’s not many artists that I can actually FEEL their heart and soul…their passion, their conviction. Though I don’t know you personally, it is such an astounding ambiance to be able to channel with you through your verses.
Stay strong…stay true…and most of all Stay Real!
