Mike’s sophomore disk, Uncommon Denominator, was release has delighted not only his own loyal fan base, but also a new audience of fans that have come to know him through his stint as a featured musician during pop icon Prince’s Musicology Tour in 2004. Mike has recently inked a cutting edge 3 year sponsorship deal with BMW to be the headliner and face of their BMW Pop/Jazz Initiative and Annual Tour.

well for distance running or on the road i like using sauconys but same thing as first answer go to a running shop and they will see how u walk and run in sheos and they will determine what is right for u e.g pacers they are really good. if u want to do running competitavely get spikes for a track
