One of America’s most prominent black intellectuals, Dr. Cornel West, has teamed up with Hidden Beach Recordings, to produce one of the most important and socially conscience music projects to be released in 2007 entitled: “Never Forget: A Journey of Revelations”. It features collaborations with Prince, Outkast, Jill Scott, Talib Kweli and many more.

This album is so relavent. I’m so glad that Mr. West thought outside the box and crossed another finish line to make things better for the people.

I thought ” Never Forget: A Journey of Revelations” was going to be a preachy random beat cd with Dr. West talking through out it, but to my amazement its a variety of artist “doing what they do” but speaking about the things our community is going through, our common struggles as well as a insight to how to deal. It’s refreshing… and so on point.. I pump this CD every where I go… “J”
